CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT
Our billing activities
done on behalf of your practice will bring us into close contact with your patient records and can cause us to know confidential
information about your patients. Any information about your patients that comes to us, either intentionally or accidentally,
is strictly confidential and will be treated that way by all of our employees.
The patient’s right to privacy is a
matter of medical ethics and is protected by law. Inappropriate discussion of any patient information by our employees is
a violation of that law.
We will not discuss with anyone, other than members of your staff, any information regarding
patients of your practice. We will discuss with the members of your staff, only that information which is relevant to the
performance of submitting insurance claims.
